By giving their account reps access to leading mobile technology, sales growth is unimpeded by physical processes. This allows the administration to focus on what they do best, high volume manufacturing.
The mobile sales application communicates seamlessly with the public facing e-commerce website. The e-commerce website has retail and wholesale prices built in, and allows for both wholesale and retail customer accounts with logins. Wholesale reps have the ability to create e-commerce accounts from the sales app; there after the wholesale customer is free to re-order at their convenience, leaving the rep unbothered.
Reporting is the center of the symphony for this case study. With multiple sales reps across a national market, tracking the sales and accounts of each rep and each customer is crucial. This is all done in the mobile sales application.
